How to Start an SMM Panel in Indonesia (QRIS, DANA, OVO and IDR)
A practical guide for Indonesian resellers: how QRIS, DANA, OVO and bank transfers work on your own panel, pricing in rupiah when providers bill in dollars, what it costs and how to launch.

Indonesia has a large audience of TikTok creators, Instagram shops and Shopee sellers who want their accounts to look busier. Many small resellers already serve them as a jasa SMM business on WhatsApp, taking QRIS or DANA payments and placing each order by hand.
A panel of your own lets customers top up and order themselves, with every order sent to your provider through its API. The general walkthrough is in how to start an SMM panel.
QRIS and e-wallets decide everything
Indonesian buyers pay by QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay or bank transfer, and your panel has to accept those. PanelLaunch has no built-in automatic gateway for any of them, including Indonesian virtual accounts. What works is a manual payment method: the customer pays, uploads proof, and you approve the deposit.
Each manual method, set up once in your admin panel, has:
- a name customers recognise, such as "QRIS", "DANA" or "BCA transfer"
- its own currency, in this case IDR
- a QR code image and account details
- payment instructions, which you can write in Bahasa Indonesia
- a proof upload for the customer's receipt
- an optional fee % or bonus %
- minimum and maximum amounts
- an option to show it only to customers you choose
Start with QRIS. It is a shared standard, so one code can usually be paid from any e-wallet or banking app, and you can add DANA, OVO or a BCA, Mandiri or BRI transfer later.
Plan for the work. Each deposit waits until you check it, enter the amount received and approve it, so give your checking hours in the instructions (say 08:00–22:00 WIB). Never approve from a screenshot alone. Confirm the money in your own account first.
Automatic gateways exist too: crypto through Cryptomus, Heleket, Binance Pay or Coinbase Commerce, plus Payeer and Perfect Money. Stripe takes cards if you hold a Stripe account in a country Stripe supports, so check its availability for your business. Read each gateway's terms for this business category first.
Pricing in IDR when providers bill in dollars
Set rupiah prices with a buffer. Your customers pay in IDR, but the large providers mostly bill in US dollars, and PanelLaunch bills in dollars too. If you set your prices in rupiah, a weaker rupiah raises your cost per order while your listed prices stay the same until you change them, so a thin margin can turn into a loss without warning.
IDR is a supported panel currency, and multi-currency uses live rates, so you can show rupiah locally and dollars to buyers abroad. To protect the margin:
- Keep a buffer, so a weaker rupiah next month still leaves a profit. See how to price SMM panel services for profit.
- Run Price Updates to apply a bulk profit % and refresh costs from your providers' live rates.
- Leave profit guard on. It blocks any order sold below cost.
- Count the conversion. Turning rupiah into the dollars or USDT your provider wants costs fees and a spread.
What it costs
A PanelLaunch panel costs $5, $10 or $20 a month, billed in US dollars, and 3, 6 or 12 month terms cost less per month. Beyond the plan, budget roughly $1–$15 a year for a domain and about $6–$12 of provider balance to start. Treat both extras as rough figures.
- Starter, $5 a month: one API provider and 3 storefront themes.
- Pro, $10 a month: unlimited providers, 6 themes, Cheapest-Provider Routing with failover, Smart Provider Replacement and a backup provider finder.
- Business, $20 a month: all 14 themes, Quick Paste Order, Quick Drip-Feed Paste, the Admin API and Organic Growth.
Every plan includes your own domain, free SSL, daily backups, managed hosting and updates, child-panel selling and up to 50,000 orders a month. Busier panels renew at $50 a month. You pay PanelLaunch in US dollars by crypto (USDT), and card payment is also offered at checkout.
A .id domain may cost more. Pro suits owners who want a backup provider ready. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Launch plan, step by step (cara membuat panel SMM)
Setting up takes a handful of steps and no coding. You register, pick a plan, add a domain and point its nameservers, then connect a provider, set rupiah prices and create your payment methods. The panel deploys itself with SSL, usually within minutes of DNS pointing, though DNS can take 24–48 hours.
- Try the live demo, no signup needed.
- Choose a short domain buyers can type from a WhatsApp chat.
- Test two or three providers with small TikTok and Instagram orders (how to choose a provider).
- Register, pick a plan and add your domain, pointing its nameservers to the pair shown in your dashboard.
- Connect providers with an API key and URL (standard api/v2), then import services in two steps (adding providers and APIs).
- Set IDR prices with Price Updates.
- Add QRIS as your first manual method and approve a small test payment to yourself.
- Publish refill and refund terms, then invite your buyers.
Growing an Indonesian panel
Growth usually comes from people who already sell online and from resellers who want a supplier. Answer fast on WhatsApp, write instructions in Bahasa Indonesia, reward referrals, and give your biggest buyers an API or a child panel so they build their business on yours.
- Sell to sellers. Instagram shops, TikTok creators and Shopee sellers who promote on social media are natural customers. See the TikTok and Instagram guides.
- Reply fast on WhatsApp, and use the ticket system for order problems.
- Reward referrals with the affiliate program, and use coupons to win first deposits.
- Back your resellers. The user API, mass orders and child panels let bigger buyers build on your panel.

Things to watch
The main risks for an Indonesian panel are fake payment proof, platform rules, provider problems and your own tax position. None of them needs special software, only habits: check every deposit in the app, describe services honestly, keep a backup provider in mind and get local advice on registering your business.
- Fake proof. Match the amount and time in your own app before approving. Stripe card payments add chargeback risk. See SMM panel chargebacks and fraud.
- Platform rules. Selling followers, likes and views breaks the terms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Platforms can remove the engagement and restrict accounts, so tell customers plainly. This is not legal advice. See are SMM panels legal?
- Drops. Write refill rules before the first complaint, using how to reduce refunds and order drops.
- Tax. Check local tax and business registration rules, and get local professional advice.
Quick answers
Here are short answers to the questions Indonesian resellers tend to ask first, a few in Bahasa Indonesia the way people search. In short: local payments are manual, prices can be in rupiah, PanelLaunch bills in dollars, and the live demo shows a finished panel before you spend anything.
Can my panel accept QRIS, DANA or OVO automatically?
No. None of them, nor GoPay, ShopeePay or Indonesian virtual accounts, has a built-in automatic gateway. Each works as a manual method that you approve.
Berapa modal untuk buka panel SMM? (How much do I need to start?)
Roughly $5 a month for Starter, $1–$15 a year for a domain and $6–$12 of provider balance.
Can customers see prices in rupiah?
Yes. IDR is a supported panel currency.
Cara membuat panel SMM tanpa coding? (Can I build one without coding?)
Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are managed, so you only add a domain, a provider and payment methods.
