Pricing is your #1 profit lever
Most resellers copy their provider's price, add a random number, and hope. Do this instead.
Step 1: Know your true cost
Your cost per order = provider price + payment gateway fee. Always price above this. A service you buy for ₹8 per 1,000 and sell for ₹8 loses money after fees.
Step 2: Pick a markup that survives
A healthy reseller markup is 1.5×–3× provider cost, depending on the service:
Launch your own SMM panel
Deploy a branded panel on your own domain in minutes — no server setup.
- Commodity services (basic followers, likes) → thinner margins, sell on volume.
- Premium/quality services (real, non-drop, targeted) → fatter margins, sell on trust.
Step 3: Use price psychology
- End prices in 9 (₹49, ₹199) — they convert better.
- Offer tiered quantities (1k, 5k, 10k) so bigger buyers self-select.
- Create an obvious "best value" package to anchor the choice.
Step 4: Protect your margin
- Round up tiny fractions — never eat the rounding.
- Watch provider price changes and update your panel promptly.
- Add a small buffer for refills/refunds on drop-prone services.
Step 5: Use offers without killing profit
Discounts should drive first orders and volume, not train customers to wait. Use a launch coupon (like a first-order discount) and time-limited deals rather than permanent price cuts.
A quick example
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| Provider cost / 1k | ₹10 |
| Your price / 1k | ₹25 |
| Gateway fee | ~₹1 |
| Profit / 1k | ~₹14 (56%) |
Sell 100k a day at that margin and you're earning real money — on autopilot.
Tip
On PanelLaunch, coupons and tiered plans are built in, so you can run promotions without hand-editing prices. Set your markup once and let the panel do the math.
