Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PanelLaunch (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
PanelLaunch is a platform that lets you rent, brand, and auto-deploy a social-media-marketing ("SMM") panel on a domain you own, with managed hosting, SSL, payment integration and an API. You operate your own panel and are solely responsible for the services you resell to your own customers and for their experience.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- use the Service, or allow your customers to use it, for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
- resell services in a way that violates the terms, policies, or rights of any third-party platform or provider;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to send spam or to distribute malware.
You are responsible for the content, pricing, and conduct of the panel you operate, and for compliance with the laws that apply to you and your customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Your domain & DNS
You must own, or be authorised to use, the domain on which your panel is deployed. Deployment requires you to point your domain's nameservers or DNS records to us as instructed. You are responsible for keeping your domain registration active; if it lapses, your panel may become unreachable.
5. Plans, billing & renewals
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, currency, and billing period are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added.
- If payment fails, we may suspend the Service after any grace period and, if it remains unpaid, terminate it.
- We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable notice before changes affect your next renewal.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once your panel has been deployed. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a specific service level is agreed in writing. We may perform maintenance and, where practical, will aim to minimise disruption.
8. Your data
Your customer, order, and configuration data belongs to you and is exportable at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Administrative & support access
To deploy, operate, maintain, support, and secure the panels we provide, PanelLaunch retains administrative access to them. Our team may access your deployed panel at any time to investigate and resolve issues, apply updates, fixes, or security measures, respond to your support requests, and verify compliance with these Terms. We exercise this access responsibly, limit it to what is reasonably needed, and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. This access does not change your ownership of your data.
10. Intellectual property
The PanelLaunch platform, software, and brand are and remain our property. Your own brand, content, and customer data remain yours. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deployed panel under your own brand.
11. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you remain responsible for amounts already due, and you may export your data before your account is closed.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of any third-party provider or platform your panel connects to.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelLaunch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PanelLaunch from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the panel you operate, your content, or your dealings with your own customers.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
