In the Philippines, Facebook and TikTok are where people sell, promote and keep up with each other. Small brands want page followers, online sellers want busy live videos and creators want views. Resellers supply them through Messenger chats and GCash payments, ordering by hand.
Your own panel moves that onto a website where buyers top up and order without messaging you. The full guide to starting a panel covers the general steps.
GCash and Maya decide everything
Filipino buyers expect to pay with GCash or Maya, and your panel can take both, but by hand. PanelLaunch has no built-in automatic gateway for GCash or Maya. You add each one as a manual payment method: the customer pays your account, uploads the receipt, and you check it and approve the deposit.
A GCash method, set up once in your admin panel, might look like this:
- Name and currency: "GCash", in PHP.
- QR code and details: your GCash QR image, account name and number.
- Instructions and proof: "Send the exact amount, then upload the receipt showing the reference number." English suits most buyers, and Taglish is fine too.
- Extras: an optional fee % or bonus %, minimum and maximum amounts, and visibility limited to chosen customers if you want.
Copy it for Maya, and add a bank transfer method for customers you know.
The real cost is the approval routine. For each deposit, find the transaction in GCash or Maya by its reference number, confirm the amount, enter what you actually received and approve. Receipts are easy to fake, so trust your app history over the upload. State your checking hours in the instructions as well.
Buyers abroad can use automatic options: crypto via Cryptomus, Heleket, Binance Pay or Coinbase Commerce, or Payeer and Perfect Money. Stripe handles cards only with a Stripe account in a country it supports, so check availability for your business. Before connecting any gateway, read its terms for this business category.
Pricing in pesos when providers bill in dollars
Price in pesos with room to spare. Your buyers pay in PHP (the Philippine peso), while providers mostly charge in US dollars and PanelLaunch bills in dollars as well. If you set your prices in pesos and the peso slips, each order costs you more, while your listed prices stay the same until you change them.
PHP is a supported panel currency, and multi-currency uses live rates for buyers abroad. Because English is widely used, an English storefront priced in pesos works locally from day one.
- Build the buffer into your profit %, then use Price Updates to apply it in bulk and refresh costs from providers' live rates.
- Keep profit guard switched on, so no order sells below cost.
- Price in the conversion from GCash or Maya pesos to the dollars or USDT your provider needs.
- Check small orders. A cheap order can leave little once deposit fees and approval time are counted.

What it costs
The panel itself is $5, $10 or $20 a month in US dollars, with lower monthly rates on 3, 6 and 12 month terms. Add a domain at roughly $1–$15 a year and a starting provider balance of about $6–$12. Both are rough estimates, so check real prices before you budget.
- Starter ($5): one API provider and 3 themes.
- Pro ($10): unlimited providers, 6 themes, Cheapest-Provider Routing with failover, Smart Provider Replacement and the backup provider finder.
- Business ($20): all 14 themes, plus Quick Paste Order, Quick Drip-Feed Paste, the Admin API and Organic Growth.
All three include your own domain, free SSL, daily backups, managed hosting and updates, child-panel selling and up to 50,000 orders a month, with busier panels renewing at $50 a month. PanelLaunch is paid in US dollars, by crypto (USDT) or by card at checkout.
A .ph domain may cost more. If your Facebook and TikTok services come from different providers, Pro runs several with failover. See pricing.
Launch plan, step by step
You can go from sign-up to a live panel without touching a server. The order is: choose a plan, add your domain, switch its nameservers, connect a provider, price in pesos, then add GCash and Maya. Deployment and SSL are automatic and usually finish within minutes of DNS pointing; DNS itself can take 24–48 hours.
- Preview the live demo, with no signup.
- Trial providers with small Facebook and TikTok orders (choosing a provider).
- Register, choose a plan and add your domain, then set its nameservers to the pair your dashboard shows.
- Let it deploy. SSL comes with it.
- Connect providers by API key and URL (standard api/v2) and import services in two steps. See adding providers and APIs.
- Set PHP prices and confirm profit guard is on.
- Add GCash and Maya, then send yourself a small real payment and approve it.
- Publish refill and refund terms and message your buyers.
Growing a panel in the Philippines
Start with the buyers you already have and the places they spend time: Facebook and TikTok. Answer quickly on Messenger, keep the catalogue to services you have tested, reward referrals, and give serious resellers the tools to order in bulk or run a child panel of their own.
- Fit the platforms. Facebook page followers, reactions and video views, plus TikTok followers and views, are obvious starting points. See the Facebook and TikTok guides.
- Promote where rules allow. Read each Facebook group's rules before posting. More in how to get your first SMM panel customers.
- Messenger plus tickets. Answer fast in chat, and keep order problems in the ticket system.
- Referrals and resellers. Use the affiliate program and coupons, and offer bigger buyers the user API, mass orders or a child panel.
Things to watch
Watch four things closely: fake GCash and Maya receipts, platform rules, unreliable providers and your tax position. Each one can cost you money or customers, and each has a simple defence: check the app before approving, describe services honestly, keep a second provider in reach, and get local advice.
- Fake receipts. Match the reference number, amount and time against your own history. Stripe card payments carry chargeback risk too, as SMM panel chargebacks and fraud explains.
- Platform rules. Selling followers, likes, reactions and views goes against the terms of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Engagement can be removed and accounts restricted, so say so in your terms. None of this is legal advice; are SMM panels safe? goes further.
- Drops. Set a refill policy before launch. Reducing refunds and order drops helps.
- Tax. Check local tax and business registration rules with a local adviser.
