What a provider is
A provider is another SMM panel (usually a larger wholesaler) that actually delivers the followers, likes or views you sell. Your panel forwards each order to the provider through their API, and the provider fulfils it.
You're the storefront; providers are the warehouse.
How the API connection works
Every provider gives you two things:
Launch your own SMM panel
Deploy a branded panel on your own domain in minutes — no server setup.
- An API URL (their endpoint).
- An API key (your secret token).
You paste these into your panel's Provider Manager. The panel then talks to the provider automatically — pulling their service list, prices and stock, and sending your customers' orders.
Importing services
Good panels have a 2-step service importer: fetch the provider's catalogue, tick the services you want, and import them with your markup applied. No manual data entry.
Cheapest-provider routing
The pro move is to connect multiple providers for the same service and let the panel automatically route each order to the cheapest in-stock provider, with failover if one goes down. This protects your margin and your uptime.
Tips for choosing providers
- Test with small orders before trusting a provider with volume.
- Watch delivery speed and refill quality, not just price.
- Keep a backup provider for every key service.
The result
Once providers are connected, your panel runs itself: a customer orders, the panel routes it to the best provider, the order is delivered, and you keep the margin. That automation is the entire advantage of running an SMM panel.
