Why the move is safe
Same domain, same /api/v2 address. From a self-hosted script your resellers keep their API keys too, so their tools keep working.
Imports add to your panel and never delete what is already there. They run any day, at any hour, and can be undone.
Usernames, emails and balances come over, and most passwords from self-hosted scripts too.
Your customer, order and provider data can be exported at any time.
Each panel runs in its own isolated account on our servers, with free SSL, daily backups and updates handled for you.

Our plans are a flat monthly price up to 50,000 orders a month, and cancelled orders are never counted.
Cancelled orders never count towards a plan here.

What you get after the move
Built into every panel unless a plan is named.
Once a day, finished orders on refillable services are checked again. If a provider later cut one short, the customer gets the difference back automatically.
Orders that hit a temporary provider error are retried every minute, so they do not sit stuck.
Send an order to another provider in one click. Only providers that cost less than the customer paid are offered.
Services, prices and on/off status follow your providers, and low provider balances are flagged.

How the switch works
Send your old panel's address and what you can export. We tell you what will come over before you pay.
An API key on the old panel, your user and order exports, or a database backup. Pause top-ups there just before the move.
Pick a plan and point your domain to us. Your new panel and its SSL are set up in minutes.
We import everything and you check it in your admin. Customers log in on the same address as before.
Prefer to do it yourself? Your panel admin has “Import from another panel”. It brings in services from your old panel's API, and customers, balances and order history from CSV or Excel exports or an SQL backup. You check a preview first, and every import can be undone.

FAQ
Very little. Your panel stays on the same domain, and their accounts, balances and order history are already there when they log in. The storefront looks different, and if their passwords could not be moved they set a new one once.
Yes. Every customer's balance is copied to their account here. If your old panel used a different currency, balances are converted at the current rate and the preview shows you the result before anything is saved.
From a self-hosted script, most passwords come over as they are and customers log in as before. Rental platforms such as Perfect Panel do not hand out password data, so those customers use "Forgot password" once.
Your API address stays the same because the domain stays the same. From a self-hosted script, resellers keep their API keys too. From a rental platform the keys cannot be exported, so resellers copy a new key from their account page.
Only while your domain points over to us, which is usually minutes and can take a few hours on some DNS providers. Your old panel keeps working until then. Pick a quiet hour, and pause top-ups on the old panel just before the move so balances are final.
Let them finish on your old panel. Finished orders are copied here as history only: they are never sent to a provider again and never charged twice.
