Delivery Policy

PanelLaunch sells a digital service: a white-label SMM panel (software and hosting) that runs on your own domain. Nothing is shipped physically. This policy explains how and when your panel is delivered. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short: once your payment is confirmed and your domain points to us, your panel is set up automatically, usually within minutes. There are no shipping charges.

1. What is delivered

A ready-to-use SMM panel on the domain you choose, with an admin account for you. The plan you buy decides the features and themes included. Login details are sent to the email address on your account.

2. How delivery works

Delivery has three steps, all done online from your PanelLaunch dashboard:

  • Payment confirmed. Card, UPI and netbanking payments confirm automatically within moments. UPI QR payments confirm once the transaction reference matches. Crypto payments confirm after the network confirms them. Manual or bank transfers confirm after we check them.
  • Domain connected. You point your domain's nameservers to ours, as shown in your dashboard. DNS changes usually take minutes but can take up to 24–48 hours, depending on your domain registrar.
  • Panel deployed. As soon as your domain points to us, your panel is installed automatically with SSL, and your login details are emailed to you.

3. Delivery time

Most panels are live within minutes of the domain connecting. If your panel is not live after your payment is confirmed and your nameservers are set correctly, contact us and we will finish the setup or resolve the issue.

4. Delivery confirmation

Your dashboard shows the status of your domain and panel at every step, and we email your login details when the panel is live. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder or open a support ticket and we will send the details again.

5. Renewals and add-ons

Renewals keep your existing panel running without interruption once paid. Add-ons are activated on your panel automatically after payment.

6. If delivery fails

If we cannot deliver your panel for a reason on our side, we will fix it or, where your panel was never deployed, refund you as described in our Refund Policy.
