What "importing services" means

Your panel does not deliver followers, likes or views itself. It resells services from one or more providers, other panels that sell wholesale through an API. Importing is how a provider's services become items in your own catalogue: you pick them from the provider's list, set your selling price, and they appear on your New Order page under your name.

Done well, importing takes minutes. Done badly, you end up with hundreds of near-identical services, prices below cost and names full of the provider's codes. This guide walks through the steps on a PanelLaunch panel; the same ideas apply to any panel with a provider importer.

Before you start you need a provider connected with its API URL and key. If you have not done that yet, read how to add providers and connect an API first.

Step 1: choose the provider and select services

Go to Admin → Services → Import / Sync and pick the provider from the list. The panel fetches the provider's live catalogue and groups it by the provider's own categories, with each service's ID, name, type, minimum and maximum, and rate converted into your panel's currency.

To select well:

  • Search for a platform or service type ("instagram followers", "tiktok views") instead of scrolling hundreds of lines.
  • Use Hide added services so you only see what is not in your panel yet.
  • Tick a whole category when you trust it, or individual services when you want only the best options.
  • Check the badges. Services marked refill or cancel support those actions with the provider, which matters for your refund policy.

Import fewer services than you think you need. A short list of tested services sells better and is easier to support than every variant the provider offers. You can always come back for more.

Step 2: set your price and check the preview

Press Continue and the panel shows a preview with the provider's rate next to your selling rate.

  • For markup, enter a fixed amount, a percentage, or both, and apply it to every selected service at once. Adjust individual rows where a service deserves a different margin. For how to choose the numbers, see how to price SMM panel services for profit.
  • You can edit each row's name, minimum and maximum before import if you want a different name or tighter limits than the provider allows.
  • Leave the category on automatic to keep the provider's categories (new ones are created for you, in the provider's order where the provider shares it), or put everything into one of your existing categories.

Then press Import services. Services already in your panel from this provider are updated, so you don't get duplicates.

Step 3 (optional): let AI tidy names, descriptions and categories

Provider text is often messy: emoji, codes like R30 or NR, capitals, even the provider's own Telegram link. On Business panels, switch on the AI Services card in step 1 and the panel rewrites the imported services in the background: clean names, short factual descriptions and category names like "Instagram - Followers". It only uses facts from the provider and removes contact details, and you can undo any AI import from AI Service History. AI for SMM panels has more on how it works.

Not on Business, or prefer to do it yourself? Use the Bulk Service Editor and Find and Replace to fix names in a few passes, and follow the formula in how to write SMM service descriptions that convert.

Step 4: check before you sell

Spend ten minutes on the result before customers see it:

  • Place a small test order on one service per category and watch it go to the provider and complete.
  • Check the per-service flags. Refill, cancel and drip-feed should only be on where the provider really supports them.
  • Hide what you are not ready to sell with the service's secret or visible toggle instead of deleting it.
  • Sort your categories so the services people buy most are at the top.

Keeping imported services up to date

Providers change rates, minimums and maximums all the time, sometimes several times a week, so imported services need ongoing care. The panel has four tools for that:

  • The panel re-checks each connected provider regularly and updates cost, minimum and maximum. The Provider Sync Health table on the Import / Sync page shows when each provider last synced, how long it took and the last error, with a Sync now button.
  • When provider costs move, Price Updates refreshes your selling prices from live rates and re-applies your profit percentage in one step.
  • Profit Guard blocks any order that would sell below cost, as a safety net if a provider raises prices before you react.
  • Provider Change Log lists what changed and when, so you know which descriptions to recheck.

Moving a whole panel instead

If you are coming from another panel (Perfect Panel, another rental, or your own script), you probably want more than services: customers, their balances and order history too. PanelLaunch panels have Import from another panel for that, which takes your old panel's API, CSV or Excel exports, or an SQL backup, shows a preview and can be undone. We can also do it for you; see switching to PanelLaunch.

Common import mistakes

  • Importing everything. Thousands of services make the order page slow to use and impossible to support.
  • Using one flat markup on every service. Cheap services can carry a higher percentage; expensive ones often need a lower one to stay competitive.
  • Leaving provider names as they are. Codes and emoji make your panel look like a copy, and some names include the provider's contact link.
  • Ignoring refill and cancel flags. Promising refills the provider does not offer leads straight to refund disputes.
  • Never re-checking prices. A provider price rise you miss means selling at a loss until you notice.

FAQ

How do I add services to my SMM panel from a provider?

Connect the provider's API, open Import / Sync, choose the provider, select services, set your markup and import. On PanelLaunch this is the 2-Step Service Importer, included on every plan.

Can I import services from another SMM panel?

Yes. Any panel that sells through a standard SMM API can be added as a provider, and its services imported like any other. To move a whole panel with customers and balances, use Import from another panel.

Do imported prices update automatically?

Costs, minimums and maximums are synced from the provider automatically. Price Updates re-applies your profit percentage to the new costs in one step, and Profit Guard blocks any sale below cost.

Can AI rename imported services?

On PanelLaunch Business panels, yes: AI Services writes clean names, descriptions and categories during import, with one-click undo.

Start importing on your own panel

Every PanelLaunch plan includes the 2-Step Service Importer, automatic provider sync, Price Updates and Profit Guard. Starter ($5 a month) connects one provider; Pro and Business connect as many as you like, and Business adds AI Services. Compare them on the pricing page or try a real panel in the live demo.
