Mass Orders on an SMM Panel: Bulk Ordering, Quick Paste and Drip-Feed
Resellers and agencies don't place orders one at a time. How mass orders work, the exact format, why lines fail, and when to use quick paste, drip-feed or the API.

A casual buyer places one order at a time. Your best customers don't. A reseller handling twenty clients, an agency running a campaign across a dozen accounts, a Telegram group admin with a list of links to boost: they want to paste a list and be done.
That is what mass orders are for. Getting them right matters, because the customers who use them are usually your biggest spenders, and a confusing bulk tool is exactly the kind of friction that sends them to another panel.
This guide covers how mass orders work, the format, why individual lines fail, and the faster tools for the people who order in volume every day.
What a mass order is
A mass order is a list of orders submitted in one go. Instead of choosing a service, pasting a link and entering a quantity twenty times, the customer pastes twenty lines and submits once.
Every PanelLaunch panel includes Mass Orders. Customers find it next to the normal order form.
The format
Each line is one order, in this format:
service_id | link | quantity
For example:
1024 | https://instagram.com/p/AbC123 | 1000
1024 | https://instagram.com/p/XyZ789 | 500
2210 | https://youtube.com/watch?v=abcd1234 | 2000
Three parts, separated by a vertical bar:
- service_id: the number shown next to the service on your services page.
- link: the post, profile, channel or video the order is for.
- quantity: how many, within that service's minimum and maximum.
Tell your customers where to find service IDs. The services page lists them, and resellers who use mass orders quickly learn the handful they use every day.
How each line is checked
Every line is validated on its own, and the panel places the valid lines and reports the ones it could not place, with a reason. The common reasons:
| Problem | What happened | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Bad format | The line is missing a part or a separator | Use the exact three-part format above |
| Service not available | Wrong ID, or the service is hidden or disabled | Check the ID on the services page |
| Below minimum / above maximum | Quantity is outside the service's range | Adjust the quantity |
| Not enough balance | The customer's balance ran out partway down the list | Add funds, then resubmit the remaining lines |
| Daily limit reached | The service has a per-customer daily cap | Order the rest tomorrow or use another service |
Two points worth explaining to customers:
- Lines are placed independently. If line 7 fails, lines 1 to 6 have already been placed. They should resubmit only the failed lines, not the whole list.
- Balance is checked line by line. A list that costs more than the balance will place orders until the money runs out.
Free services cannot be ordered through mass order. They can only be ordered from the normal order form, which stops free services being farmed in bulk.
Quick Paste Order: no formatting needed
Some customers do not want to format anything. They have a message from their own client, links and quantities mixed with text, and they want it placed.
Quick Paste Order, on the Business plan, handles that. The customer pastes the message, the panel picks out the orders, and they place everything in one click. It is the fastest way to serve resellers who forward orders from WhatsApp all day.
Drip-feed in bulk
Some orders should not land all at once. A thousand likes arriving in a minute looks unnatural; the same thousand spread over a day looks like normal engagement.
Drip-feed splits an order into runs delivered at an interval you choose, for example 100 likes every 30 minutes for 10 runs. You enable drip-feed per service, so it only appears where the provider supports it, and the Drip-Feed Manager tracks every run.
For volume buyers, Quick Drip-Feed Paste, also on the Business plan, combines the two: paste a list of links with totals, and the panel builds the drip-feed orders for you. If you want to understand how drip-feed orders show their progress, see SMM Panel Order Statuses Explained.
When the API is the better answer
Once a customer is placing hundreds of orders a day, copying and pasting stops making sense. They want their own system to place orders automatically. That is what the user API for resellers is for. Every customer can get an API key and place orders programmatically, the same way your panel orders from its providers.
If a customer asks about the API, they are probably a reseller with their own panel or tool. That makes them a good candidate for a child panel too. See SMM Panel API Explained and How to Sell Child Panels From Your SMM Panel.
Protecting yourself from bulk mistakes
Bulk tools move a lot of money quickly, so a few guardrails matter:
- Profit Guard blocks any order that would sell below your cost. A pricing mistake on one service cannot turn a 500-line mass order into a 500-line loss.
- Quantity Steps force quantities into multiples you set, useful when a provider only accepts round numbers.
- Daily Order Cap limits how much of one service a customer can buy per day, which protects scarce or cheap services from being bought out in one paste.
- Bulk Status Actions in the admin let you update, retry or refund many orders at once if a provider fails partway through a batch.
How to promote mass orders to the right customers
Mass ordering is a reason for resellers and agencies to choose your panel over a smaller one. Make it visible:
- Mention it on your homepage and in your FAQ.
- Put the exact format and an example in a pinned message in your Telegram or WhatsApp channel.
- Add a saved reply for "how do I place bulk orders?" so support can answer in one click. See SMM Panel Customer Support.
- Offer special pricing to customers who use it heavily. They are your highest-volume accounts.

service_id | link | quantity, one order per line. - Valid lines are placed; failed lines come back with a reason.
- Resubmit only the failed lines.
- Free services cannot be mass ordered.
- Business plan adds Quick Paste Order and Quick Drip-Feed Paste.
- Heavy users should move to the API.
Mass orders, drip-feed and the user API are included on every PanelLaunch panel. See the full list on the features page.
