Do my customers need their own hosting?

No. Hosting and deployment are fully managed — the panel runs on the customer domain for them.

Can I migrate an existing panel?

You can move your customers and providers over. Service and order history import depends on your current script — ask us for the specifics.

Is it compatible with my provider APIs?

Yes. It speaks the standard provider API used across the industry, so most providers connect with a key and URL.

Who owns the data, and can I export it?

You do. Customer, order and provider data is exportable at any time.

How fast does a panel go live?

Usually minutes after payment and once your domain nameservers resolve — most of the wait is DNS.

Can customers use their own domain?

Yes. They point the domain nameservers to us and we configure it with SSL automatically.

How does SSL renew on a custom domain?

Automatically. Certificates are issued and renewed for you, at no extra cost.

What happens when a subscription expires?

The panel and licence are suspended until renewal, with a grace period so no data is lost.

Can my customers resell as child panels?

Yes, on Starter and above. Your customers can run their own sub-panels beneath yours.

What are the refund terms?

Subscriptions are non-refundable once your panel is deployed to your domain, since setup is complete at that point. If you have paid but the panel is not yet deployed, contact us and we can help. Refunds you give your own customers are separate and handled from your panel admin.

How do payments work in India vs internationally?

India: UPI, BharatPe and cards. International: cards and crypto or USDT. Fifteen-plus gateways in total.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply instantly, unlock the new modules and are prorated.

Is there a support SLA?

Support is by email, ticket and live chat; response times improve with plan tier. Ask us for specifics.
